Refund Policy

Credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and don't expire. If you bought a pack you don't end up using, the credits stay in your account.

Exceptions where we will refund:

• Accidental duplicate purchase within 7 days - we'll refund the duplicate if the credits weren't spent.
• Service failure - if an AI request you paid for failed and we couldn't complete it, the credits are automatically returned to your balance. You don't need to ask.
• Fraud / unauthorized purchase - refunded once verified.

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal (linked from /settings once they launch). Cancellation stops future renewals; your current billing period remains active and you keep the credits granted at the start of that period.

Mid-period refunds:

• Within 7 days of the first renewal: full refund of the most recent payment, contingent on usage. We deduct the cash value of any credits from the included stipend that were already spent (at the cheapest pack rate: $0.40/credit).
• After 7 days, or on any subsequent renewal: no refund. Cancel to stop future renewals.

Marketplace payments to industry pros are held in escrow until delivery and the dispute window passes. If a pro fails to deliver, or the work is materially not what was advertised, you can open a dispute and we'll refund.

Standard delivery SLA is 14 days. Dispute window is 7 days after delivery.

Email billing@onemoredraft.com with:

• Your account username or email.
• The transaction date and approximate amount.
• Why you're requesting the refund.

We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (Stripe's standard turnaround).

Please email us first before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks cost us fees and are usually resolvable directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension.
